Imo probably not as his main use is certainly with nebotus but it depends on you really

Only spend when 400, first ancestor should be hounen from the summoning of choice. Get him R3 minimum, while doing so if you get another egg get dame and if another then florian. If u do all that u can R3 dame and then go for nebotas

Hounen is necessity tho
