Cause how can one " find a team" if they have to wait 8 hours to respond again. Shouldn't "finding a team", be more quick and direct communication between the recruiter and recruitee. So then that way they arent waiting potential hours, or days, missing out on events they are trying to attend. Just doesn't make much sense.

If you're going off the theory that they submit there profile as essentially a resume, in the find a team, that can still become chaotic, and problematic.
