Craft for example a level 9 rune that may be like a stamina rune say you wanna make a team speed rune level 10 so you have a level 9 stamina rune and you craft it with 3 level 1 speed runes it has a 75% chance of becoming a speed rune a 25% chance of becoming a level 8, 50% chance of staying level 9 and a 25% chance of upgrading to a level 10

So it will likely become the rune type you want and likely either stay the same level or upgrade
