He has a good baby reverse move which helps against tanks good time stop moves but thing is there are monsters out there with better stats and better traits who can bypass tanks and with so many monsters haven't evasion or Dodge area that time stopped really can be countered easily

Not to mention he gives an extra turn to allies but with how fast monsters are now I mean by no means am I saying my monstrous the fastest but he reaches like 90,000 speed there's just no point of using him just to give your monster that extra turn
