New teams for newer players tend to be most competitive
Older teams looking for older players tend to be much more stable and much less competitive.
Avalon's Revenge seems to be the latter.

Teams going for the top would recruit people with relatively low mp, but some teams recognize that some players don't want to be competitive and instead want to play casually with other chill people
