U get a good bounty team; charm/jj/chopork with the correct supports. Then u get the fugitive killer around day 1 if u have a rly good team and rank, or a few days in if not. Spend 150 to instant craft and hatch, rank to 3 and start killing and finding fugitives

The 3k example was a friend on a rly good bh, another got over 1k on a mid bh where fugitive killer wasn't great

3k guy was 5 months into the game, 1k 4 months

you need to do tasks if you want gems fast

if you arent in a rush then make sure you do timed challenges for gems, gem caves, daily quests continuously

and make sure you do some bounty hunt prep and research to make use of one of the best events for gems

id recommend saving up a spare 25 gems and buy 20 cells for her when she comes into the lab for cell week which should be sometime next month

then find a good team or someone who will donate you cells to get the rest 80

Unfortunately people will just 1 shot the fugi in early stages so you wont be able to get the kill and in later stages you wont do nearly enough damage
