When doing runs be very strict with yourself.

Dont do the first 5 gem skip unless past room 10, if before then leave and restart.
Don't do the 2nd 10 gem skip unless past room 15, if before then restart
Don't do the 3rd skip before room 25, if before then restart.
Spend gems if tickets are in pots on treasure room floors
Leave the cave if no tickets are in room 15 or 20
Leave the cave if youre 2 skips in and you have 400 - 600 tickets.
Only do cave until room 25 unless on a very good run on a room 60 cave (ie room 30 with 1/2 skips)

Spend no more than 50 gems per day on restarts. Ideally no more than 25 if bad runs.

There's an event called bounty hunt, it is the only way players get high amounts of gems without tasks or surveys, my friend gets 1k minimum each bounty and he started 4 months ago, high level ruins the lobbies and essentially ruins your only way of getting things f2p. You should probably stop doing adventure map when you hit level 36-70 or so and then focus on leveling up everything
