It's more preferred but some people like using anwir with JJ but if you know you can get barbato's Rex because he's a really easy breathable monster dungeon on doomsday gives a talent that automatically gives death count to every monster at the start of the battle

Anwir would be more of a speedy option for you to choose while Uriel is slower but pretty much automatically will land death count unless you have immunity

Umm my guess is you probably would get them around the 125ish lvl

With primerion you want to make him the fastest monster on the team so that he can give JJ that extra turn you want to use JJ's first attack that will grant him damage boost with an extra turn use the second move that will give him double damage in an extra turn and close out with triple damage move that gives evasion

Primerion you basically just want to use him to charge up JJ as quick as possible
