Do the events - the monster flip isn't too tough to get everything if you visit semi-regularly, Bounty Hunt is great for getting enough cells to craft one too, and the race will reliably get enough cells to craft if the same monster returns/you have cells already
After you get a few you can breed with the lineages/breeding events
You can even also get them from time to time with the treasure cave or random chests, and cells
