For bounty hunts, its basically impossible to get the tokens with the massive cooldowns

i usually wait until the message "the fugitive is in the area", find him, got 25 gems for finding him and attack

and when defeated, i got the points, then resets the tokens

How do you do so much damage? The last 3 hunts the fugtive hasnt been killed by anyone
