Normally, I get 9 hours of sleep (from 9pm to 6am). Over this last week, I have been getting 6 hours 30 minutes at most due to travel. Today, i woke up ahead in time (7 there, much earlier at home) and I am now at home, and it is almost midnight where I was for the last week

Also I normally have 4 braincells and I currently have half of one so that might help explain
