Basically if you make sure your sorcerice runs fast enough to be the first monster into battle every time so she can freeze the whole of the enemy team as the first move then use stamina for the rest.
Also if runes don’t matter too much on one of the other monsters you are using then you could swap one on another monster for team stamina which would also help sorcerice.
