Every Mythic is good in it's own way. The newer ones are always better. I can not with a definitive answer tell you if Turtle Mutrle is good, since i haven't had it. I would recommend watching Armor Gaming's video on it.

The new ones are only better in stats. Some of their moves are terrible and that makes some of them bad

Even if it's good or not, i would recommend feeding the more the higher ranked Mystic or Legendary Monssters. You'll eventually need them for a war-battle, or dungeon battles...

Ancestor, Mythic = Best of the Best.
Legendary, Epic = Alright, Medium.
Rare, Unicommon, Common = Basic, Classics.
