ALERT after having done the 50 rooms of the treasure cave as listed in the instructions I was not given the final reward (an ancestral egg). On room 51 I failed and was charged 250 gems. Customer support is not giving me either my gems back or the egg that is owed. Not happy at all!

According to customer service there are 55 rooms in the dungeon. According to the help in the system there are 50. With the recent changes to the game my 9-year-old is no longer interested so not a problem to leave especially losing months worth of gems
