If you go to the monster library, completing the sea book will give you a Tartarus egg. That’s how I got mine, after weeks of trying to get him through breeding I had to just look up other ways to get him. And that’s probably one of the easiest ways. Hope this Helps!

Not sure about Justin( not enough info on him for me) Baba is good. In my opinion the best are Griffania, Theton, and the Baboon. Khallorc is not too bad as once awakened its dmg is insane but that's all that guys got other than the resistance to tortures

Imo, the easiest way to obtain mythics with little to no effort is conjuring, complete daily tasks and you get 45 tickets and participate in faction Colosseum, even if you manage to get top 100000 you will get 12 summons (but make sure you are spending 400 to get 5 summons as it is more efficient, remember, in ML patience is the key).

Also, from team shop(accessible through team Zeppelin) you can get a cosmic era mythic for 1k war coins or metro era mythic for 1.5k, I suggest get the metro era monster as there's a huge difference in stats between the monstera from the two eras.

Now again, you can be patient and save 3.5k for an alpine era mythic
