You can have as many habitats as you want, but upgrading them can increase max held gold and # of monsters in the habitat. As for levels, I think you want at least a level 10-15 for now

Depending on you gold earned:gold spent, you can feed your pandakens higher, and once you get mythics or legendaries, start using those

Right I've a question, so I just killed the figutive on level 1, and the damage milestone at the bottom said the next reward was the monster itself after killing it

I killed it but it threw me onto level 2 straight away and didn't give me the milestone award?

It gave me the reward 100 coins and 25 gems for killing him, but not the milestone award
