Take your time with adventure map. It can cause lots of negative effects if you do too much too fast

And it's very easy to do

Why adventure map is bad:

1. Doesn't look good when you have high lvl but awful everything else
2. Makes daily goals and things like growth spurt more difficult
3. You may get lots of resources but they're limited, your food is just gonna go into a select few monsters which aren't gonna be good as they'd just be ones accessible to lower levels, and you'd have no food for better newer more up to date mons
4. It's best to wait until you've established a good gpm and been levelling up your habitats and all buildings and can easily hold your own in all resources already, and still take it slow when you do it

On the spare space you have on your islands just put out fire habitats that are cheap and fill them with a combination of Freetle and Pandaken monsters that can be bred easily and quickly so that you have the maximum amount of monsters you can earning gold at every opportunity. Collect their gold regularly. These monsters are also very useful when race comes too as are needed for ranking tasks

Gamble on the cheap ones. Several in my team have tried it including myself and got more from gambling than the guarantee chests would have given provided you have enough coins saved up to open a batch at a time

when I played back in like 2020 2021 ish, reverse and negate healing didnt do anything if the monster was healed by a relic. I had heard it was a bug but it seems like its a implemented feature from when I was doing dungeons earlier
