Because his stats are super slow. It will go away once he gets a turn in. Only way to stop it is either wait, positive effect removal, or pierce

You have to remove positive effects on it. They make Santerion super low level so that he never gets a turn and keeps envasion almost forever. PER or a Pierce monster is the key to killing that team.
