I can't see a support channel yet due to the lack of a role (which I have requested) but how would I go about restoring an old account saved to facebook that is FAR more underlevelled than it should be? I've already contacted the socialpoint support regarding this issue but am seeking the advice of the discord here. Basically, I had a save file on my ipad 3-4 years ago that I could no longer play on due to the outdated software of the device. I saved my progress to my facebook account. I never had an interest in restoring my save file until recently installing Bluestacks on my computer. When I went to restore my progress, my account was only level 13 with very basic monsters, whereas my old file contained multiple legendaries/mythicals and a great deal of progress. What happened to my old save file, and how can I restore it? Old name on my account was Galaxycat or MegaNeko (i know, cringe) if that helps.

i beat a lvl 150 team atum + uriel + serpentex.
mine was lvl 130 atum + lvl 120 robontito + lvl 126 serpentex XD

Hey! I can't see a support channel yet due to the lack of a role (which I have requested) but how would I go about restoring an old account saved to facebook that is FAR more underlevelled than it should be? I've already contacted the socialpoint support regarding this issue but am seeking the advice of the discord here. Basically, I had a save file on my ipad 3-4 years ago that I could no longer play on due to the outdated software of the device. I saved my progress to my facebook account. I never had an interest in restoring my save file until recently installing Bluestacks on my computer. When I went to restore my progress, my account was only level 13 with very basic monsters, whereas my old file contained multiple legendaries/mythicals and a great deal of progress. What happened to my old save file, and how can I restore it? Old name on my account was Galaxycat or MegaNeko (I know, cringe) if that helps.

a FB account can only be linked to one game account and that account can't change
