Not really “meta” but it’s pretty good. The thing about serp is that he doesn’t hold up well against water attacks (like an enemy skyd, for example). He can be protected by your Skyd for a turn or so but your Skyd’s MT is easy to disable and then serp is very vulnerable.

Being a copycat is no fun, I either make teams or tweak existing ones to make them better

But it's almost impossible to make top 10 with low-meta monsters, monsters are meta for a reason. However I tend to avoid copying bases unless it's absolutely necessary.
