For pvp, you need to work on getting meta monsters. Spending time scrolling the wiki, invest in your attack team as well as your defense team. Grind all the way to L1 and feel a sense of achievement. Rinse and repeat until you feel like you've wasted your time

Yes, monsters with two elements can have an 80% boost instead of legends which are capped at 40%

It would work to use two boosts but it tends to be best just to worry about one.

For example on my main island, I can fit two boosts so I put the few dual element monsters in the middle. However, on other islands I can only fit one set of element boosts
