There is one way easy way I mapped out. Thunder kong, to breed him you need firekong and thorder. Fire kong can be obtained rather easily. For thorder you will need rabidex and tartarus to breed. It will take you a minute to get both of thoose, and another minute for them to breed thorder. But once you have him and firekong all you need to do is breed them till you get thunderkong

I have not found any other mythic that can be obtained by breeding alone (that is not to say such a monster does not exsist)
