But we can go higher, the runes guardian gives +12% strength to all runes, which means:
21,280 + 3(60%+12%)
=21,280 + 3(67.2%)
=21,280 + 201.6%
=64,180 speed
we can still go higher
Assume you have 2 monsters in your team each with 3 level 15 team speed runes, that's 6(+17%) speed, which means + 102% speed, which means:
21,280 + (201.6%) + (102%)
