So I looked some stuff up on it, and the strategy I've seen is to make a new account as a guest, go to the Facebook page, get as many free chips as you can, then go to Roulette and bet the maximum amount you can split 50/50 between Black and Red. It's one of those games where higher bet=more xp and when you bet on black+red you have a very high chance of making your money back. If you end up losing all of your money you can wait for more codes and try again, or just create a new account since Tapjoy lets you do that for that game I guess.
