i remember first playing monster legends back when the fire island event in 2015 came out, the one with megaosteum (i probably butchered the name) and that was a fun time to play the game. I played conistently up until the race with ixofex released. I took a long break until autumn last year and mythics were fun at first, but when you realise that the monsters are good for some months until they are all of a sudden 10k, if not more behind in health and some hundred points in strenght among other stats. It feels more pay to win now than before so i stopped playing

and the monsters just gets worse after each era as he standard gets raised higher each time. Isn't there a bigger gap in stats from cosmic to the water era?

i got burned out quickly after starting again in august. i think i stopped around early november and haven't opened it much since and just seeing the abbyssal era starting and seeing the stat gap enlargening compared to older eras was a bit demotivating but that's just me

saving up gems though monsterwood, dungeons and such buying meta cells during cell sales while they lose steadily their standings as meta monsters got tiresome, but it's like a A or B thing, A is to make new meta monsters, changing it up or stick to the old metas but after a while there will be too many of them
