Also do you really need level 100 mythic's for levels 441-450. Because xiron the quartz always giving my mythic's debuffs or something that won't let me attack, like stun, rooted, frozen, fear, etc

No. You must defeat the fugitive to get prizes for 1st, second, third etc. you will get rewards for finding bags and some rewards for attacking the fugitive but that’s it.
