Following up from a few days ago, I think the following would help balance pvp a little bit more and require more thought, though I'm sure anyone that's spent time playing has similar ideas. I've read several places now that the communication is lacking but I figure'd I'd try anyway:
-Relics should not bypass taunt/dodge/area dodge without explicitly stating so, and that should be accounted for in its overall power
-Dodge and area dodge require a cooldown debuff. This is a no-brainer.
-Mirrored damage should not be affected by dodge.
-Numbers - A fully life'd tank should not be able to be one-shot with an attack outside of triple damage buff and increased damage taken debuff.
-Healing throughput has to be negatively correlated with damage output. They can't both be high unless there's absolutely zero utility. Essentially, a power triangle with damage, utility, and healing.
-Extra attacks - limit to one per round through debuff on use of extra attack, OR increase stamina usage by 50% on consecutive extra attacks for that round.
-Overall CC - Loss of control of character reduces chance to be out of control of your character by 50% each consecutive round. (max of 2 rounds loss of control).
-Possession should be 100% chance to target the opposite team.
-Immunity to / removal of torture should probably have a soft cooldown debuff of some sort to prevent removal spamming.
-Removal of trait needs a 4 turn cooldown buff (on removal) to prevent permanent trait removal.
-If player is at 0 stamina at the beginning of a turn, a buff preventing external stamina removal for 1 turn starting at the end of the current turn.
