On each item if possible

See how the bars are segmented. That's how many items you can collect, each blue portion represents how many are available to collect.

After 8 hours all blue bars will be full, and its time to collect again. Simple as that. Each item respawns at a different rate but all hit their cap after 8 hours

Getting 100 cells in these challenges requires using gems (click the gem button under the node, don't gem each individual item), you can minimise gem cost by skipping at specific times when you've collected specific items
