It's meant to be like that, stamina and health do not reset throughout any survival dungeon

Hence the name "survival"

That's for the stamina to play the dungeon, not the monster stamina

You get 10 attack stamina to use anywhere, they removed that for the survival dungeons so you can do infinitely nodes you survive + any 10 nodes of a normal dungeon and/or adventure map
