Why does it take 2 gems to finish something in 10 seconds like a nature zone, but when it comes to a walking dead bush thing, (one minute) TAKE 1 GEM??

Gem costs are 1 gem per hour of whatever time remains, but for hatching if its under 6 or so hours you get a gem added to the cost. Above 45 or so hours it's minus a gem from the cost
