Ah for live duels, if you have people like monk, emmerice, raris, sealkara (basically any deny) run 3 speed on the main deny and then for the others use all team speed so your deny has a high chance of going first

If you deny first you have a high chance of killing their team before they even get a chance to attack back

The Koi Boy is a decent Water SC Mega Taunt Tank with Stamina replenishes, Freeze, and Damage Protections for himself. For the most part that's the best way to describe The Koi Boy's skill kit. It really is mostly Stamina replenishes, Freeze, and Dmg Protection, which is a bit of a shame as some Heals could have gone a long way in improving his kit as he is a Tank. He does start every battle with Mega Taunt though so that instantly makes him better than most other "Tanks" that SP has tried to make. Damage Protection is a great status effect as it effectively cuts all dmg taken by half, which could almost be seen as a "Double Life" making Koi way Tankier than average, and 3 skills sets it up which is a lot more than most monsters. His Mega Taunt reset comes with it, his AoE Freeze (amazing for a Tank by the way) comes with it, and one of his Stamina Regens comes with it. It's not as important but he also gets a Single 40 Fire dmg + burn skill for some extra dmg coverage, but overall not anything crazy for Tank purposes. His skill kit while having some really cool aspects, isn't crazy good for his role. His Trait of course is the main reason he can function as a Tank in the first place though as it comes with SC Mega Taunt. Without it he wouldn't be as usable. CD Immunity is ok but really only blocks one Denial from Raris in most metagames. His Relics are his main way of healing, specifically with Armor. Trap is very usable too as he is a Tank, but his Armor access is very important as it's the only way he'll be regaining any HP by himself without the help of a Healer Support monster. Overall The Koi Boy has cool aspects as a Tank, but falls short of being usable in PvP as it's currently plagued by too much Pierce, PER, and Cold Blood right now.
