Warm-ups are basically a type of lock out where you cannot use a certain skill for set number of turns

For example, a monster has an AOE stun skill but it has a 1 turn warm-up. This means that when the battle begins the monster has to wait for 1 turn before they can use their AOE stun skill

Not always. Some teams just have ridiculous requirements for race. Personally, I set my bar low. 1st day, 300 pt requirement. Thats basically so you qualify for individual rewards. 2nd day 600 pt and so on.

We have had one idea specifically where you could set a value for specific powers (eg member acceptance and member removal) between 1 and 255 and give named to those roles. Lots of ideas particular powers in particular roles and the like. New ones don't receive the most praise.

Discord is almost useless during a race. Like me, im on game for a couple hours during race each day. I can not expect my members to jump back and forth between discord and game. And recruiting during races is a nightmare because of hoppers.

I tried using a team discord. Ultimately failed due to most of my players not wanting to flip back and forth. Tbh, the only reason I have discord is for my military buddies and my group chat (now that we've been out of the military)

Personally you'll find that is possible. You should be able to expect members to keep tabs on activity and ongoing war, race status. Recruitment is always a pain but if you have the right roles, I find recruiting here is often a huge help. Even just chatting and providing good guidance works wonders.

Slumster walls everything except Pierce. If your argument for buffing deniers is that Slumster wrecks them then that same argument could be used to buff attackers or add more PER/TD talents.
Also a great denial based team if you really want something good that uses a denier is Spekthra with Absolute Zero or Smite with any decent denier. I heard Teddybomb is good for that as his tortures can help take down a slumster before it recovers its trait.
Your argument is warranted because Slumster is ridiculously overpowered but like everything else he does have counters so you just have to figure out what they are and use them. I have found in my PvP battles that a great way to take down Slumster/Posidonia based teams is to TD them with Spekthra followed by denial and dots from Teddybomb.

And yes, I know that AZ and Smite are not particularly F2P for those who will inevitably tell me that. However, Chi and Nebotus were both recently available in breeding events and gem offers and will likely be back again
