this is extremely common when trying to remove a white background, to make it into a transparent image
but.. this wouldnt be the case if the original creator of the drawing had the layered files and such to completely remove the background.

Essentially egg man successfully manages to kill multiple of sonics closest friends. He’s angry but still isn’t a killer

It’s not super sonic but the chaos energy from the master emerald that finally breaks him

But before he can finally kill egg man he has a “snap back to reality” moment and realizes what he has done
