Custom era ingenica, I'll try to explain it a bit
Bascialy, a villian called Deus has closed the portal and is forming an army of the evil legions (in this era, corruption never happened), then ingenica froze herself and took herself to the future, she is one of the only people alive, she sends 2 robots into the past to help defeat Deus, one if them has her soul. The one with her soul, Glenzena, helps empower ingenica and now she is Engineca. This breaks the laws of time travel alot but it's all for the story

something like an ankylosaurus could have bulwark trait, with S.C. damage reduction 50% and such, there are many possibilities to explore!

The deep sea has plenty of beasts and jaws roaming about, ready to hunt or be hunted. A group of civillians grew up near the ocean, and had to survive against the massive hunters roaming underneath. Soon they evolved into a slaughterdocks, hunting and killing creatures from the depth to sell their parts and gain money. It was a competition between crews and captains to get the best monsters lurking below and trade it in for butchers to sell them. Among the butchers there was Rippergeddon. He grew up chopping up jaws and fins, eviscerating fishes and finding bones valuable enough to sell even for a small fraction of what captains could achieve by hunting for one. Day by day he saw ships sail but only some returned with the big bucks. He looked at all the money piling up like treasure chests, and decided he had enough being a small butcher in this cold, unrelenting sea. He quit his job and find his own crew and captain, as he became a harpooner, and the best one there is. As he was a butcher before, he knew which part of a beast worth dozens and which part is left to waste. He knew all the weaknesses and strengths of almost every fish there are under the water, and from there he was effective in his craft, so much so that captains were willing to spend their entire fortune just to get him on their ship. One captain gave him as much as 10 Atlantis Pennies, the biggest kind of currency there is, to hunt for one monster: Slugazoid.

The money was too large to refuse, and so he accepts. Slugazoid has been well-known for their power to drain their enemy's power and stamina when they get close, but there was one weak spot as well as their strongest spot: the jaw. It is capable of knocking anyone out at any moment and can leave them unconscious for over 5 months. The ship set sail and they started looking. 3 fins that looks like crystal shards popped up above the water surface, jackpot. Rippergeddon took his shot at the beast, hitting it at the back. Without hesitation, the beast crashed into the ship, ripping it apart. Ripper took this opportunity and jumped on it, stabbing it straight in its jaw, and both fell into the depths of the ocean. As the crew repairs the ship, the captain had already pulled up their prize, Rippergeddon nowhere to be found. But the captain was unfazed, as he ordered his crew to return to land with their loot, and they left him to die under the waves. The jaws swarm around the took their turns attacking the unconscious prey, ripping him apart, until he was left but a husk.

His soul was still there, but his body was decaying. That is until an unknown creature brought him back. He awakens, his heart still pumping blood, but his torso, arms and hand weren't made of flesh and bones, but metal and electricity. His jaw replaced with a metallic mask as there was no jaw left to see. He looked around and realized that he was still under the waves, and the vivid memories of the crew floods back. A torn ship, a selfish captain, a worrying crew. Skies as blue as the tides, the surface washing over the ship's legs, wobbling along with the sea. A stab straight to the jaw... then emptiness.
The monster talked to him, revealing that they have brought him back to consciousness, but in exchange, he became their own harpooner. The Slugazoid had escaped from the ship and lived another day. He was told to be rewarded greatly with treasures, higher roles and authority. All those sounded as rewarding as ever, but it wasn't about the rewards anymore, it was about vengeance. Rippergeddon accepted, but he knew his list of victims were far from what was ordered. And so, day by day, more crews and more ships start to disappear. Captains' corpses and husks were found on the docks, as well as many others. It had become such a bloodbath, there was a bounty for the most dangerous monster in the depths, and those that managed to capture it will be rewarded greatly.
A civilization that evolved to hunt beasts has returned to fight back the beasts hunting them, and nothing will stop until all fishes or all of their civilization becomes obsolete. And the Rippergeddon is planning to kill them all.
