Guys i'm planning to make animations for my drawings like level up animation, attack and standing animations, but i don't know how many photos i have to make to animate them or what program or app to use any recommendation ?

I would recommend flipaclip, but it's pretty low quality, only has 5 I think pen styles, the colour selection is bad, you only have the wheel so you cant just decrease white in a colour by % or something, and it only has: draw, delete, move, text, and fill, but then again you probably only need to draw the outlines since doing the full lighting and colour and that would take full days of work just for like a 3 second animation, so if you want to keep colour and shading i would recommend spine (idk all about how it works, i just know it is what sp uses for their animations, i think it is basicaly: you don't draw the frames, you place "bones" around, then you can move the bones)
