Thats most likely due to taxes. Assuming that you are state side and its USD you will need extra money. As I mentioned earlier and above each state has their own taxes and tax rates.

The golden legends pass doesn't contain those. If you want the 4th slot for pvp eggs then you need to buy the exclusive pvp pass which can be found by going to the multiplayer icon and clicking the icon on the side. At the same time you also need to make sure your game is updated to the latest version to see it.
