2 self-evasion moves, double damage on one of them, triple damage + ET at the cost of (likely his own) 50% HP, and AOE fear. Not to mention nice relics for swords like Cain's and Mask for damn near anything you'd want. Plus his rather cracked trait in ITC and SC: ITT. He may not be meta defining yet due to Cupid and Serp, but should the meta shift, he'll dominate very quickly.

Oh, and I'd say AOE random torture (on his R2 AOE attack) can be rather fruitful, as he can potentially generate a very powerful DoT like Bane, Boiling, Curse, and more.
