What are the odds for breeding a legendary in these events anyway? I would have thought they’d be a little higher to keep players interested in trying. To me there’s no point in wasting gems to speed up an epic, just to make room to breed yet another epic.

I’m 0-6. It’s that disparity I’m talking about. Given the number of bugs in this game and the lack of sufficient beta testing, I’m just saying that’s a fairly skewed result.

Not really it just luck. To start with the breeding events only have like a 10% chance for legendary anyways. I’ve had breeding events where I get 0 legendaries and others where I’ve gotten 3-4 legendaries. It’s just how luck works.

It would be amazing if you STOPPED giving half hatch times during events where 4 and 8 hour breed/hatches are necessary. We just had one last week during the island and now another one during the maze. It absolutely messes the timing and filling of the pools. Making it way harder for f2p to actually earn maze coins

@mental harbor this was a singularly different event. Sp was asking us to use gems to speed up hatchings for donations to war victims. It would have been nice to see them make the odds a little better to get the monsters featured, since eventually sp would get the money they donated anyway, from the gems players would have to buy to replace the ones they used to speed up hatching for this event.
Honestly I’d donate directly to the charity rather than waste gems on epics I don’t need.

9 out of 10 people I asked didn’t get any legendaries. I failed 6 straight times. Those who did get legendaries all got multiples but that appears to be the exception, the distribution of single legendaries was very sparse. If it was increased it wasn’t globally evident.
Given the limitations of the hatchery 6 straight epics is close to the limit unless you spend gems to clear it.
