Especially I'm using one of them to pair with Q-3RION and Volcanyx I guess

I will say Firefool or Talika. Currently the meta is very torture heavy. If you use Firefool, you'll only need to worry about DoTs on Volcanyx because he has permanent ITT. Talika has team ITT meaning you won't have to worry about tortures on any monster really, but it can be PER'd away. Firefool has a turn transfer move unlike Talika, but Talika has two team NERs and can heal and provide shields. I'd say Talika because she's basically the complete package in a support monster aside from the fact that her trait could be slightly better.
