i didn't see this reply until now, but the higher the league the more chance of better eggs. So far all the people that i've seen have been gold league 1 or higher that got the tier 7 egg.
if you're in the bronze league u mainly get tier 1 - tier 3, but in silver you get more of a chance to get tier 2-6, i've never gotten a tier 6 egg in bronze but I have gotten around 4 in silver.

dont think so. we'll have to wait for stats n stuff, but nothing too impressive. he does have access to obscure talents, so maybe that'll make him viable, but u cant just label a monster good just for having anticipation (though majority of monsters with anticipation are pretty good).
