nikasia is only good for taunt dodge area teams. otherwise, not really. any combination between speed and team speed runes depending on the situation, but teamspeedlevel10 is what i would most likely run

my only advice would be to never use stamina runes, team life runes or team strength runes.

You can search "competitive monster legends" followed by the name of the monster you want to know more about, like say, General Atum. Here, a top result for a page will give you great move sets and the runes that you need for those.
