i just read the info on katsuko. not sure if he is good monster. how would you use him? he doesn't have mt. he doesn't have immunity to control, only possession. he gets shield at rank 3, but if you don't have rank 3 it seems like this monster would get beat down pretty quickly

@compact sigil it somewhat comes down to personal preference, but I think magical matriarch is the best and the word is light of freedom
@cinder condor depending on your team, lindworm/master masher. if your team can apply bleed, definitely master masher. lindworm's a bit faster, but lacks any sort of buff besides the turn transfer. master masher is a bit slower, but has that bleed hater to team which can make any1 that can apply bleed hit hard.

It doesn't matter if you craft it with cells or use the egg first

@crude panther i think both of them suffer from similar problems, but it ultimately comes down to personal preference. i would probably go kaguya because despite having a pretty bad trait, he should have teammates to cover most of his weaknesses. kaguya only has 1 rng dependent move, while lazar's who gimmick is to get the correct hater

@daring steppe if you want to rank her up, you need 120 cells in order to take her to the next rank. you can either fill those cells by buying them in cell shop, use elementium/light elemental cells. there are more ways but im lazy. ranking up a monster raises the level cap of your monster. each rank gets more expensive, but ur monster can get a trait(only some legendaries and mythics/cosmics)/stat (all ranked up monsters buff
depending on the rarity the level cap/increase is different per rank
if you're not talking about ranking up then i can't help you unless u tell us what ur doing 🤷♂️

you only get lap rewards if you are in a team before the halfway point of the race
past halfway you are not eligible for rewards

so cap breakouts are basically "partial rank ups"
instead of using a full payment of a ton of stardust, the rank is broken up into "chunks"
exclusive to cosmics. you can get a stat boost without spending on the full rank
reason why u can have like a lvl 126 mythic instead of having to go to lvl 130
depending on the rank u need to do a certain amount of breakouts
this is a chart of how much each increment will cost
i could not be asked to memorize all of that 😂 . if u still have trouble understanding, here's a video
