You are gonna need to work on a lot of mons. K911, Galvanus, Monk, and Elvira DS are some of the ones I recommend working on

As for team its really hard to make a good team at the moment with your pool of mons but I'll try.

Then for defense use galvonos 1 life 2 team speed kenecro 1 speed 2 strength and then you can use amah niah with 3 speed or you can do bolderar with 2 strength 1 speed with stamina

One of the best teams right now is literally K911/Maggie, Galvanus, Niah and it gets top wins because of what it does. K9 TD's the Anti and protects everyone from DOT's and Fear from enemy TGC, Galv protects them from CDA and enemy ET, Niah brings in the damage that the team needs

Heres the thing. You shouldn't be doing that at all. You are suppose to just TD and leave Niah to do her things. In my entire time playing PvP and using Neredia + Niah i have had to do that TT to Neredia once and that was against a TGC base

If its against Double Anti then all you have to do is PER with Galv and then TD with Neredia and then have Niah do her things. If its against Atum + Double Anti (I'm surprised you still fight those) you just AOE 30% life removal with Galv and then finish them off with Neredia by either doing her single target TD or AOE TD and follow it up with an AOE by Niah

Now with K9 its even easier. The order will always be the same no matter what. TD with K9, Either PER or AOE 30% with Galv, AOE Metal with Niah

Keep the same team you are running then. Neredia should go first to PER and AOE Trait Disable the enemy and should be followed by Theton to deny everyone. Elvira DS in this case wants to run her AOE Repentace + Burn skill as you will be winning via denial and DOT's
