Svart is actually quite outdated. I would say, Forge Labs is better because he has Ally Ner at least and can heal allies/deny opponents. Also give out Triple Damage. Secondly, Svart is technically an A Rank in the OG Mythic era. If you don't believe me- Then look up, "Monster Legends OG Mythic Viability Ranking." So, yeah there are monsters similar to Svart that are not only with a better era. But, with better ranking.
