You could obtain Neobuki as a free player. Steamwrath is super close. You'd need to get the maximum amount of coins and then maybe you can. But I never even made it to the 20 cell node before so I don't know.

Coins must be loaded onto the hatchery first by breeding a monster on the tree, then moving it onto the hatchery. Depending on the duration of the time it takes to hatch that monster, different amount of coins will be loaded. At that point, you can wait for that duration before hatching to get the coins, OR you can just hatch any other monster (firesaur from the shop for example) to get your coins
