it's more of you need to get to node 10 of nikasia to unlock the key for faraday. Thus, if they both share this node 1 to node 10, you may only count it once.
If you go for faraday first, you'd stop moving nikasia because you unlocked the other paths which have keys for faraday too. Once you got faraday you can then continue with nikasia where you left off.
so yes, you can get both for that sum of coins
