If you get them whilst getting Zeighar, they are not there for the chest path.

There's lots of guides, but briefly pools are full every 4hrs. Each collection there are 225 coins available, spam blue lizard untill no more drop (50 coins) colle t all gold, wait then collect once (30). Complete a thunder eagle breed, now next egg available to hatch will give 50 (do it immediately or wait, can even buy a firesaur and sell). Start a new thunder eagle breed (50). Feed a monster lvl 1-11, wait feed once (30), and do 1 PvP (15).
4hr timer runs from when you log in
For feeding you can do higher levels, need to feed 6 times with 3k+ food each feed, wait and feed once.

If you don't intend to try for 100 cells Arumel, you could always do both paths. Get 55 cells Arumel, and maybe in the future can top up rest and a good number of Bombeta cells.
