Support said they couldn’t replicate the problem but in the last 3 wars I’ve had monster selection not saved and the war my team just started it didn’t save the relics …. If both die the same time which can happen because of relic damage after Killing… the system can’t give you any coins since no monsters left. But it’s also not a defeat cause enemy monsters dead. It’s kind of a draw but we don’t have that. Obviously game will crash and you lost

Team chat isn’t loading as well since yesterday tried both on wifi and data same issue.

Maybe it has already being answered but I'm wondering how the matchmaking works exactly because we are 24 in the team and the 2 last wars was with 23 members and now with only 20.
It’s boring to not being able to fight especially for one of our member who it’s the 3rd time in a row.

I assume that after a while if it does not find a team with 24 members he looks for 23 and so on. But after how long? I prefer to wait several hours for the matchmaking and to be sure that he find a team with 24 members to fight.

Any tips?

How about giving more controls to team leads? Give each team an allowance of 5 extra ‘bench’ players, and allow the team lead to choose which players will fight. This would solve vacation/ school/ family time / burnout issues and also ensure those who want to fight can fight and give an incentive to others to earn fight time. We always have player situations where RL causes them to miss a war and the team suffers. We also have players who don’t care that get to be in a war while others who do care are excluded cuz they are the weakest against that enemy. Well 5 attacks by a weak player are better than zero attacks from anyone. There is nothing worse than losing by 3 points and leaving 10 attacks on the table cuz someone was on vacay or didn’t care enuf to fight.

I think that would be ideal. So It couldn’t be Water / X / Y twice in a row. But could be Water / earth / fire then thunder / good legions / underworld

There are 15 books and 9 elements... this might not work as an idea but maybe... make 8 combinations of 3 from those. Run them in a row. Then make a completely new 8 combinations. As long as the combinations are the same within 2/3/4 tries, you’d get a lot of random combinations with all books and elements covered.

I can't post an image here but we have a group where we keep track of all the war rules every day and you can see its like double water every OTHER day a couple times which would mean it would be back to back wars factoring in the 24 hours - if that makes sense.

Sure. So say today we have Water Water Dark - ok no problem we get those rules and start prep day. Then tomorrow new rules come out that are Winged Thunder Undead (great) but then we dont get those rules as we are in attack day. Then next day we matchmake we get Water Water Earth for prep day.

So by following the patterns i see unique rules every day but every other day there are lots of repeats and thus for most teams that would translate in to back to back wars of same restriction.

Hi I want to know if it's technically possible to make the leads chose who will be in observation mode when the matching don't find a team with the same amount of players instead always been the smallest players. It will be way more easier to manage vacation time for example. Recruiting is very hard and good leader won't let the players who deserve be in war be in observation mode, so they take a lot of time to find players in case of the matching doesn't find a team with the same amount of players. Mm2 we’ve had a serious problem with war match ups . When we don’t have 30 or 25 players we get stuck with several people sitting out cuz the match up always rounds down to 25 or 20. So we don’t bother to even fight unless we are at 30 or 25, and we like to fight back to back. So someone leaving is not the problem. The problem is if we don’t have 30 or 25 that person leaving means up to 4 others have to sit out the war. This has happened so many times :I can’t count them. I wish it was not that way, honestly but it is.

I believe you can get matched with teams that are different sizes to yours, you just get bumped to the smallest team size. So for the first one you matched an opponent with 25 people, and the second one with 26 people

Yes obviously that is what happened, but the result is we have people who want to fight who are forced to sit out. It’s Usually the same people, the weakest team members. We’ve had several people quit from the frustration of repeatedly being stuck in observer mode. I don’t blame them, they want to fight but it’s hard to build a team when that keeps happening.

@regal timber I have no Idea how it works we are with 29 at the moment annd if we ask for war we can be matched with 25 to 29, but same is a 30 prob more change that we are matched with 30 but can drop down to 25

@vale tide I do remember those changes announced and for a bout 6 weeks it worked great, straight up matchups with no one sitting. Then all of a sudden 3 in a row with us getting downgraded to 25 and sitting 3 players. On the third war one of those players quit saying he was sorry but he wanted to fight.
Since then we wait until we have 25 or 30 then no one is disappointed.

@Marianne if only we had a choice in who played we’d be good, then we could rotate players, but it’s always the same people who get forced out and as I said, it’s hard to keep telling the same people sorry you were voted out by the computer. I would leave a team too if that happened every war. It’s hard enough to hold on to dedicated players as it is.
