.7% chance is practically no chance. Some lucky people got her, but how will they rank her. Once the season is over and they move to another ancestral the chances are reduced to get any cells. Not really sure about rank up requirements, if the same as mythics, you need 8900 cells. At less than 5% chance of getting any, how do you expect to rank her.

I won't buy into a less than 5% chance of getting anything worthwhile, it's a total ripoff. I'm a gambler, learned to figure a racing form as a preteen. These odds are horrible, and not worth the time, and certainly not worth any $.
I've used the event as ftp a few times. So far, I've received nothing worthwhile. I did get 20 of her cells, but as far as I'm concerned, they are worthless. Mostly I received cells for monsters I already have maxed.
