I need to beat Justin but I can't get anywhere close. I assume my strategy is bad, but I don't know how to improve it. I also don't know how to consistently get the +5s powerups, and I have no idea how to get the star one.

there was a glitch a while ago that i assume is still in the a game because sugar shock doesn't really get updated

if i remember correctly you need to open it on a web page on your phone and request desktop site

and sometimes when you get a sugar shock it will give you stupid amounts of points

there's not really a way to get it consistently beacsue it isn't really known what causes it

one method of doing this i can share is inside an overworld if you go into a corner and face a certain direction and eat a warp crunch you do not have permission to enter. eating the crunch in an overworld without permission to enter will make you hop backwards but in the corner you can glitch into the border of the world

with the compass item you can see it break when you get to high elevations

Well I’m not infinite but I can share some tips. What I do normally is go crazy the first 20-30 heads collected because it’s pretty easy to kill enemies. Then take it pretty slow and not take any risks and you’ll get 100 in no time
